We do not sell customer data.

We do not use customer data for advertising, retargeting, list building, third-party marketing, or unrelated promotional activity.

We do not use customer data to train artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or foundation models unless the customer expressly authorizes that use in writing.

We may collect contact information, project communications, service records, billing or administrative details, and technical logs needed to operate and secure our services.

If a customer sends us data or connects systems to our services, we process that information only as needed to perform the requested work.

We may use trusted vendors, hosting providers, payment processors, communication tools, analytics tools, or other service providers to operate our business and deliver services.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

This policy does not transfer ownership of assets owned or licensed by Faberon Labs, including our websites, software, source code, design systems, documentation, templates, processes, logos, trademarks, reusable tools, and pre-existing materials.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, those Faberon Labs assets remain ours. Customer data and customer-owned materials remain the customer's.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in our possession.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of our services.
